fp-tasks has a bit of PHP that would be great to drop: a copy of the FPDF library published in 2008.

We should be able to use PyFPDF/fpdf2 instead, which is actively maintained and is pure Python. Presumably this will come with a performance boost and will let us use modern PDF features.
