2. Add .github/workflows/ft-issue-gardening.yml file (if not exists)
3. Add .github/workflows/release-drafter.yml file
4. Delete .github/workflows/update-changelog.yml file
5. Add .github/workflows/prerelease-changelog.yml file
6. Add .editorconfig file
7. Add .phpcs.xml file
8. Check that .phpcs.xml file is not present in .gitignore
9. Add CHANGELOG.md file with an Unreleased-Heading
10. Add phpstan.neon file
