Description

In order for me to create a new Library folder is to Right-Click Libraries on the Sidebar, the select + Create new library.
However, when actually in the Libraries root folder, there is no option to create a new library, only standard folders.

  2. Right-Click an empty space > New > ???
No option to create specifically a Library folder is available
  3. Right-Click Libraries on the Sidebar and select + Create new library

Thanks for the feedback, this isn't a bug as there has never been the option for this.
