[Dev UI] Markdown - code syntax highlighting #2045

I noticed we currently do not highlight code syntax.

Although ngx-markdown has optional requires another package to be added) support for prismjs, the rest of the dev-ui is using highlightjs.
We should be able to customize how code blocks are rendered such that highlight js will do the appropriate thing
