Fix inconsistencies with instagram clips

There has been an issue since the beginning where the instagram clips on the front page will load vertically on desktop and not display the photo about half of the time. Other half it works exactly as expected, seems to be random.

Spent a lot of effort back then trying to figure it out but never did.

Guessing this StackOverflow link probably involves our solution. Bug is inconsistent, which seems to match up with the race condition theory some people on SO had.

Will look into fixing it.

Per Instagram docs, there's also a chance we'll be losing the ability to embed this way in a few weeks anyways...
