With the #2 , we already working on having a dedicated build process to generate the README using data files as reference.

The point of this new issue here is working on with language localization. So, parts of the generated content which already are not on data files would become configurable on different files. This applies for example for project title, description, and other parts. At this moment not sure if we will use something simpler (like loading YAML files and use similar process we use now with data files, but make the languages avalible to the mustache template parser, https://mustache.github.io/) or we try some more elaborated framework.
