[Feature] Persist newly added vendor and item passthrough columns to transaction_detail model

Describe the Feature

In transaction_details, we persist the passthrough columns for many of the source tables we join in (ie accounts). We also join in vendor and item, for which we recently added passthrough columns in the source package only. Let's persist the passthrough columns for all tables we join in in this model
