Describe the bug
On Android, AndroidTV, fireTV, AndroidWear, Tizen, Tizenwatch platforms defaultTarget object of .rnv/renative.json isn't updated with default platforms. Possibly same for kaiOS

To Reproduce

  1. Delete defaultTargets in .rnv/renative.json
  2. Run android on template-starter
  3. App runs, empty defaultTargets object is created, but no android property

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Ventura 13.5.2
  • Node Version 18.18.0
  • RNV Version 1.6.0-rc.0
  • template-starter Version 1.6.0-rc.0
