Describe the bug
Can't run template-starter on tizenwatch device.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Connect your watch to your computer using the Tizen Device Manager.
Create samsung certificate and use it. Instructions: [tizenwatch] App isn't installed to tizenwatch device #1739 (comment)
Run command 'npx rnv run -p tizenwatch -t ip_address'
See error
