Hi Pierre-Henri, I hope you are doing fine.
This is a follow up issue of the last consortium Shanoir meeting.
As we can today re-apply study cards to existing data, it might be the time to remove the mandatory study card selection for MR imports from the WebGUI (1) and from ShanoirUploader (2) as well.

This issue is quite a complete one. It includes multiple tasks:

  • Write a specification, what this implies and address it to the consortium (one page should be fine)
  • Web GUI import: analysis of study card selection removal (today CT web imports work already without study card selection, user has to select center + equipment manually)
  • Discuss during a meeting, this proposal with the consortium
  • Assure the maximum usage of the values present already in the dicoms (manufacturer etc.)
  • Assure, that the re-application of study cards works fine

With kind regards,
Michael
