Build the code?

Hey,

I am really glad that you created this fork. I would be thrilled to help, if possible. I am still struggling with building the project into one js file. Not sure if I set up Visual Studio Code on my windows machine correctly. I build using "tsm", and I am getting one .js file for each .ts file.

Would you be so kind and let me know how to properly build this stuff into one js file that can be dropped into HA directly? :-)

I would like to try and fix for example the "crooked" flow lines (at least in my browsers they don't look very clean, somewhat mushy (but that's with the original HA energy dashboard card as well). Also I'd be willing to try and help with creating adaptive flow speeds.

Hey, I am glad you like the changes I made to the card :)
To build all the .ts files into one .js file, I also used VSCode.

1. Make sure you have node.js downloaded and installed (here)
2. Download this directory in some form or another, zip or Github Desktop works
3. Open the downloaded directory in VSCode
4. Open the terminal in VSCode
5. Run npm install (this can take a few minutes)
6. Each time you want to build a new .js file, run npm run build
7. The .js file is located in the /dist directory
8. Copy the contents of this file into your HA

I also noticed the lines that don't quite connect to the circles, I would be very grateful if you fixed it 👍

Thanks! I will try. Don't have all that much time, especially on the weekend, but I will try. Of course you can always start without me ;-)

I can see you already started with the "lines not connecting to circles" issue. I think you will be better off just fixing that yourself, I won't be of much help. I just keep clicking stuff, changing pixels and have no real clue how to get this complex CSS stuff to work properly. :-D

Unfortunately I kind of figured out why the lines don't connect to the circle. If they did, the small circles that are in motion would overlap the big circles.
I also noticed that, since I'm my use case I am using the card only in the sidebar, so it's using less horizontal space, the issue is fixed. I think it's going to be very difficult finding a compromise so that the small circles don't overflow.

I am still going to try to fix this, but I just want to say that it's not my biggest priority for this card right now

I will try to help with that issue if I can.

I did manage to get it somewhat good looking at some point (without overlapping, AFAIR), but then I did some zooming in my browser and somehow it didn't work for all zoom percentages, so I gave up for now.

Might play around with it a little more once I find some more time.
