control object

Hi,

First attempt at using the FLSAM package. I am trying to build a control object but get the following error message, what am I doing wrong?

ctrl = FLSAM.control(her, acou, default="full",sam.binary="missing")
Error in if (x@type == "biomass") { : argument is of length zero

Sorry for the lack of reply, settings in github were incorrect.
your acoustic data slot type needs to be either 'number' or 'biomass'. Are you sure that is filled out correctly?

I can't remember what the issue was, but it seems that I figured it out!
