Installation fails because of the Remotes: tag on DESCRIPTION.

> remotes::install_github('flr/ss3om')
Downloading GitHub repo flr/ss3om@HEAD
Error: Failed to install 'ss3om' from GitHub:
  Unknown remote type: github
  Invalid git repo specification: 'https://r4ss.r-universe.dev'

This check fails, even if r4ss is (pre-)installed from GitHub, as suggested on the README.

The Remotes reference has now been deleted and the package seems to install with install_github. r4ss is now also available in the FLR r-universe repository so will be installed if ss3om is taken from there.
