1. What is the link for Tensorflow 1.8 GPU with cuda 9.2 and AVX2?
2. Do you compile with both sse and avx simultaneously?

I have not yet built the tensorflow 1.8.0 with avx2 and cuda 9.2.

You can't build sse and avx simultaneously, you need build it one at a time.
