Make plugin help files and helptags available before actual plugin will be lazy loaded

Right now if plugin is not loaded (yet, because lazy loading event isn't happened so far) then user has no access to it documentation/help.
Also, missing help files may break other features (like restoring old sessions where that help file was opened).

I'm not sure but I suppose this (making plugin's doc visible to Neovim) can be done without loading a plugin.
To me it looks like a good idea, even if this result in showing docs from not configured plugins (e.g. ones downloaded into lazy/ directory but not configured now and not cleaned yet).

that's not possible. not how Neovim works. When a plugin is not yet loaded (not on the rtp), then it's help docs won't be available either.

If you'd use fzf-lua, then you'll see all help files, since they added support for lazy

Maybe this can be solved by using a symlinks? I.e. create a mirror of plugin's directory which will not contain anything except symlinks to help files/directory with help files, and add that to rtp instead of real plugin's directory until it'll be loaded?

Not worth it. I'm using fzf-lua, and the problem doesn't exist there.
Someone should just make a similar PR for Telescope and friends.

Well, initially I've noticed this issue not while searching for missing help files, but while restoring auto-sessions: rmagatti/auto-session#325. I don't see how using fzf-lua can solve this one too.
