Dutch translation missing for #1073

The Dutch translation is missing for the new language tags which have been added for the #1073 PR.
There doesn't seem to be an entry for this branch in Crowdin to translate.

There is also no translations_scalar-nl.csv defined. Unclear whether this would show in Crowdin?
And how is this related to un-ece-21.yml which seems to define the Description as is shown on <host>/f/article_units page?

The Dutch translation is missing for the new language tags which have been added for the #1073 PR.

I think that part is a duplicate of #1101 (It's not just Dutch but all languages except English and German).

As for the unit translations, this should have been done by foodcoops/foodsoft_hackathon#10 (comment) - But it's been done automatically , so maybe a native speaker should double check.
