If we keep track of how many requests for zip/gzip files were made that returned from cache, when combined with the size of each zip/gzip file we can show how much total bandwidth was saved since you first setup forest.

The function where the download counting needs to be inserted is tarballHandler and then having a stats command line that outputs the total saving would be sweet.
