Provide setting for future contributions and prototype showcase

The loklak web client has a number of features help us to convey the idea what is possible with loklak. This is a prototype project that helps us to envision the next steps. Apart from that there are a number people who are interested to try out the project and we would love to show them what has been done that far. Therefore, please help with the following:

• Delete all unnecessary branches
• Create a development branch and merge the latest code from master into it
• Add tests (codacy, codeclimate, hound-ci, selenium, gemnasium, codecov) to the branch a) master and b) development
• Add all relevant badges to the Readme.md
• Set up an automatic deployment to Heroku from the branch development at the domain loklak-web.herokuapp.com

@Rohanhacker I think this issue might be confusing by now as it involved a number of different tasks. I am closing it there in favor of: #620
