We want to increase cross-campus cooperation between London and Gaza

An incredibly small tone nitpick but one that stands out to me. "Increase... cooperation" to me implies that there's a lack of cooperation and may have a negative connotation.

I think "collaboration" sounds much more positive.

Put it this way:

"Look at how well that group is cooperating" vs "Look how well that group is collaborating" - cooperating has the feel that you're just kind of getting along because you have to; collaborating implies a spirit of excitement for making something together.

If it's okay I'm going to submit this change in my next PR.
