The chatbot Gem renders a <button> inside a <button>... not great!

After some investigation I concluded they use the Rasa Webchat for the chat widget:

The project doesn't seem to be actively maintained:

Seems like we would need to replace the widget with a custom NL Design System chat widget for this to become accessible.
