Payments issued via PayPal sandbox always return as Pending. #3

Using swipestripe and paypal-payment, the order shows up as Pending, Payment Status is "Incomplete".

When logging in to the account on the PayPal sandbox, the transaction shows as complete. The funds have been deducted from the balance.

Is this normal behavior in the Sandbox? Or will it be the same once the shop goes live?
