Dear,
I try to use the excellent tool you developed, other tutorial works good, but in Use of NetworkX algorithms , when run the code : system.calculate(pkgs="PyInteraph2_Contacts")
I always got The kernel is dead.
Do you know what's the problem? how can I deal with it?
Thank you very much.

Hello,
thank you for using the package and for your kind words!
Just to confirm, I assume you are running the Binder interactive tutorials? i.e., from the button in https://alloviz.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorials/networkx.html
I have just run it locally and on Binder and it worked for me. But if you're using Binder, the platform is based on shared resources and it can be possible that, at the time you were running it, it may have overloaded and died or something weird.
So, could you try again? Or let me know if my assumptions were wrong.
