Add test site feature in Version Upgrade

Version Upgrades are pain. No need for an FC Engineer here. Almost all of the things I do can be done by a button. Version Upgrade doctype we have right now is primitive. List of things we need to make it FC Engineer free:

• button to make test site Duplicate/Replicate site feature (easier/faster backup-restore) #592
• button to upgrade test site (with rollback) Move to group
• button to upgrade test site (without rollback) with feat(Server): Add job to move site to bench directly  agent#45
• button to upgrade prod site (with rollback)
• button to upgrade prod site (without rollback) with feat(Server): Add job to move site to bench directly  agent#45
