Maintain Croatian translations

We need help from a Croation speaking person to review & maintain the Croation translations. You wanna take ownership of this?

• All translation files are collected in https://github.com/frePPLe/frepple/blob/master/freppledb/locale/hr/hr.po
• Edit the file with a translation editor like https://poedit.net/
• Submit a pull request with your updated version of the file
