Used to build and import the Pester module during Pester development.

This will exclude the code from execution when dot-sourcing, but keep it when running the
file directly. When inlining into single file, the regex below will omit the wrapped code.
The # endif comment is significant, because it allows the regex to identify the correct end }.
You can also include the code in build. Which will run the code only when dot-sources into Pester.psm1.

Any such blocks will be excluded entrily when inlining.
.PARAMETER Load
Imports the built Pester module in a separate PowerShell session
and measure how fast it imports. If the module cannot be imported it throws
an error.
.PARAMETER Clean
Cleans the build folder ./bin and rebuilds the assemblies.
.PARAMETER Configuration
The configuration used to build the assemblies. Only used in combination with -Clean. Defaults to Release.
.PARAMETER LockedRestore
Restore nuget packages using the nuget lock file. Useful only for CI.

Inline all files into Pester.psm1, instead of dot-sourcing. This is how the real build is done,
but inlinig the files is annoying for local development.
$env:PESTER_BUILD_INLINE=1 environment variable is used to force inlining in files that don't provide
the -Inline parameter. When this gets stuck, and you see your module inline even when it should not,
use -Inline:$false to reset it to 0.
