General

I installed freelan but I can't see anything. Where is the GUI ?

Currently, there is no GUI. Freelan runs as a service (or a UNIX daemon) and has no interaction with the graphical environment of your computer.

At some time a GUI will be developped to ease the certificate generation and the configuration.

Installation

I can't find an installer for my operating system. What should I do ?

Blame us.

More seriously, our intent is to provide freelan on the greatest number of operating systems, but this task is very time consuming. If you know someone willing to spend some of his time to integrate freelan with , do not hesitate to contact us.

Configuration

I get a "The stateOrProvinceName field needed to be the same in the CA certificate (State) and the request (State)" error when generating a certificate. What is wrong with me ?

Nothing. It's a bug in OpenSSL.
