I'm looking for all the apps we need for our freescout instance, and was wondering: Do we actually need the ticket number module, to keep track of conversations/tickets?
If not, how do these otherwise get tracked?
We'd prefer it if the the tracking is done with email headers or some invisible tracking code inside the email. Instead of in the subject.
Is this feasible?
