Calling mint-next throws the following error:

Transaction execution error: 
Unchecked(TypeValueError(ListType(ListTypeData { max_len: 10, entry_type: UIntType }), List(ListData { data: [UInt(1)], type_signature: ListTypeData { max_len: 11, entry_type: UIntType } })))
