DBの状態に依存して困ることが減りそう？
依然として、同じデータを追加することによる「ユニーク制約に引っかかる問題」は残るような気がする
→ 分離レベルがREAD COMMITTEDであれば解決できる(PostgreSQLのデフォルト)
