Modify various Meta Tags in the site

Currently Meta Tags are of the old site, need to modify them suitably

Facebook event ID,
Twitter Handle
Twitter cover page image, Facebook cover page image

Currently they dont have any twitter handle. FB, not sure. Do a quick check if you dont find any. Comment it out.

@viggyprabhu Please ask them to create all the social media accounts and then we'll link the website to those social spaces.
@RahulKondi We might need FB & Twitter specific sized cover pics. Please look into it.
