Currently it is completely blank. We need to get logo of Consilience15, NLS, etc and add it it on the first landing page. Need to understand what else should be mentioned there, especially what about NetNeutrality.

Added banner.png and Consilience.png images. Need to now add them to site. Banner.png around 70% of the space and below that the logo in 30% of the space.
