Looking for an innovative way to map rainfall data for the last century!

Have a look at the data file: https://github.com/fsmk/data-v/blob/master/RainReign/rainfall.csv. This is fetched using an API from the website - http://data.gov.in.

Possible technologies to use:

D3.js
Python Bokeh
