Added code to handle 'smart quotes' in the source Tumblr. This is enabled by default, but can be turned off if it causes trouble by unchecking the 'replace "special" characters' option.

Added new 'Title And Media' content type, which will show just the title and media. Essentially, this is the same as 'Post Excerpt', but without any body text. It's useful for doing handling photo posts with no defined title tags.

Bug Fix

Addresses a failure when processing a Tumblr photo post without any caption.

Also takes the opportunity to bump the 'Tested up to' version to 4.1, and to move the widget script loading into the footer.
