What is Fullstack Nights?
Fullstack Nights is an event for programmers and designers interested in learning and sharing in a friendly and informal environment. In every edition we'll have 2 presentations of 20 minutes each. The topics will be about programming languages, frameworks, web, desktop, and mobile applications, databases, user experience, interface, design and whichever other topic is of interest to our community.
Who should come to this event?
Anyone interested in programming and interactive design. It does not matter if you are just curious about any of these topics, are a student, are starting or if you are an expert. There is room for everyone to share and learn.
Why charge for the entry?
We request a donation of $5 for each assistant. Of those $5, credit card processing fees are discounted so that leaves us with around $3.73. The purpose for this donation is to reserve your seat for the day of the event. We have experienced with many free events that people RSVP and do not arrive, leaving others out. We also use this money to help out with drinks and pizza expenses that we put out for those who arrive early.
