In the release files:
1- 2023.06.14_fulatower.zip is the latest OS image for raspberry pi (it is not v1.1.0 but v1.0.0)
2- 2023.07.04_RK1_v1.1._Firmware.rar is the latest images for fulatower plus powered by RockChip. It includes:
- Latest OS Image v1.1.0 (Armbian based): which contains the OS image and kernel
- NOR image: This is the bootloader (BIOS) image. It enables booting and re-imaging from a USB flash
- Base IC image: This is settings for power delivery USB ISC to set the voltage and current
