Adding a new task in order to validate before deploying the code.

At the moment the deploy task is not running any validation prior deploy of the code. If the validation fails the deploy won't execute.

I am planning just to add another task 'validate' to do so. Very simple change.
I have the code ready to make a pull request. Is this something that you would consider to include?
