target code 対象となるコード 明確に分かっているならば書く
libs/models/som/som.pyにSOMの目的関数の値を計算できるようにするプログラムを追加する.

目的関数の増減をみれると役にたつと思って.

som.pyのクラスの中に目的関数の値を計算できるようにするための関数を追加(calc_obj_function的な)
history["obj"]で各学習時の目的関数の値を引き出せるようにする.

somについて書きましたが他のモデルも同様だと思います.
