If someone has a bug, there should be a clear way to report it. This story is a placeholder I will be filling it in with more details soon.

Followup: Have a link in the footer of dashboard to the Github issues page. Be sure to tell participants that this is for BUGS in dashboard and not hackathon-related info.

Maybe include a contributing guidelines and issues templates on the page.
