RLN16-410 not working after firmware update

Hi, after upgrading my RLN16-410 (H3MB02) and my 8 RLC-410 (IPC_3816M) home assistant don't show camera entities... none
fw RLN16-410: v2.0.0.4725_1724_20120700
fw RLC410: v2.0.0.1441_19032101
Both are the last available from reolink.

Have a similar issue, which is half fixed.
I also upgraded my Firmware on RLN16 (don't ask why), but i have the RLC-810A cameras with latest firmware.
Issue I am finding is that the cameras are found, and even show a picture (loaded from last 10 sec before HA is open), however, unable to get them to live view.
Removed, restarted, re-added, restarted, reconfigured (RTSP, H264, SUB)... same result
