How can I publish a recorded video using libstream?

I have used example 3 for live broadcast from mobile. Now we have a requirement to publish the recorded video to wowza server. Can we do that using libstream?

If you can stream live video to Wowza you can then record the video on Wowza (There's a setting to record all streams or you can on-demand record a single stream). After recording the stream you can publish with Wowza.
