updated to work with freesound apiv2

Hi Gerard,

I found your patches very helpful but they needed some revision to work with the latest freesound api. When I begun adapting your patches, I found it useful to narrow it down to two abstractions, one for querying and another for downloading. Most of it works not.

There is still some work to be done, namely:

• make comma-separated parameter list work with pd
• make an abstraction to handle tokens from within pd

Hope you find it useful, and thanks for making these abstractions in the first place!
