feat: Add API to fetch qur'an data by page

Add API to fetch qur'an data by page

Lists of changes:

• Add page.json to store Qur'an data (based on Qur'an with Kemenag RI translation, 15 lines each page and corner verse, 604 pages in total)
• Add new /page/{page_number} route to fetch Qur'an data by page.
• Update existing juzData lib to be more general. It can now be used by both juz and page.
