compiler mismatch: std/portable included twice #41

When adding to asconfig.json

"transform": "@serial-as/transform",

compiling gives

compiler mismatch: std/portable included twice
FAILURE node_modules/assemblyscript/std/portable/index.js:198
    throw new AssertionError(message);
          ^

Another package works fine:

"transform": "json-as/transform",
