Mark methods like GetConfirmedTransaction() as Deprecated #273

When call GetConfirmedTransaction(), get error:

Method not found

because it's deprecated, there are many such methods.
doc: https://solana.com/docs/rpc/deprecated/getconfirmedtransaction

So, it's better to mark them as deprecated, in source code, like this:

// Deprecated: FunctionName is deprecated.

or remove them.
