Items in Library Notes collection not full-text indexed

Many of the items deposited as part of the Library Notes collection (https://digitalhub.northwestern.edu/collections/library-notes) appear to not be full-text indexed. A user reported searching for the article "Fantastic Find in the Lower Level" and was unable to find it, despite its availability in DigitalHub here - https://digitalhub.northwestern.edu/files/library-notes-32. Content from other deposits in this collection also appears to not be searchable, which makes the usefulness of this collection greatly diminished.
