Pagehandler issue with Hikashop

Hello, I have the following issue when trying to login via the hikashop login form.

handleException(Object(Error)) #2 [internal function]: Gantry\Component\Whoops\SystemFacade->handleException(Object(Error)) #3 {main} thrown in /home/scramble/public_html/libraries/gantry5/vendor/filp/whoops/src/Whoops/Handler/PrettyPageHandler.php on line 254

It does log me in, it just sends the user to a 500 page also. What's happening here?

Is this something that can be answered here? Or do I need to contact Hikashop instead?

Question from the instegator of this question. It's already 2 months down the road. We're getting fed up with this that it always takes that long for questions being answered. Is Gantry dead??
