'tests' directory should be renamed/removed?

The next release of puppetlabs spec helper has a release_checks task that will complain about the use of the 'tests' directory.

Thanks. Personally I think that's needlessly backwards incompatible. But I might add an overridden version without that check. Thanks for the heads up.
