API not working

Hi,

I tried to use my API with different tools (Atani, Koinly) but it doesn't work.
I took the API from www.gate.ac because www.gate.io is not accessible anymore in Italy.
Can you help me please?

1. Contract their support asking which Gate API version do they use to integrate with gate.io. We have v2 and v4 available(the latter one is preferred).
2. Once you know the specific API version, create the corresponding key in API Key page(v2) or APIv4 Key page(v4)
3. If v4 key is used. You need to make sure corresponding permission is enabled.

Do you enable IP whitelist which causes their requests being blocked from the allowed IP list?
I think such issue should be reported to your tool's support. We can hardly know how they integrate with our APIs in detail.

There was no IP restriction. Both tools (Koinly and Atani) say that there are no issue from their side....

I'm not saying they have issues, but they need to tell you why your API key does not work. At least they can tell you what problem occurred when they use you key, which can also help us know what the real problem is.
