Center Server To-Do

~ Center servers must return a message containing the word "success" on successful completion of an operation. This word will be used by the leader to detect whether the operation was successful or not.

~ Center server ports for replica 3 must be set to 6799, 6800, 6801 for mtl, lvl and ddo.
