  • Mercy Corps emails are valid also.
  • Different booking length limits for each room. E.g. 1 hour for Meeting Room 1, 3 hourse for Staff Room.
  • Notifications/emails to alert users to leave the room before next booking.
  • Meeting extension capability. E.g. Add 30mins if meeting is taking too long.
  • Prevent double booking. Prevent user booking two different rooms for same time.
